Bullock Commercial Appraisal, LLC (formerly Bullock & Associates) was established in 1993 by Stephen Bullock with the goal of providing the very highest quality commercial real estate appraisals, consulting and advisory services to a diverse clientele.
We take pride in the quality of our work and through extensive research, thoughtful analysis, and many years experience, strive to provide solutions to complex real estate issues. We have consulted on many billions of dollars of real estate ($7 billion since 2008) and believe success comes from helping clients achieve their objectives.
